一般描述

制备说明
工作溶液：催化剂：
将冻干物溶于1ml双蒸水中，孵育10分钟，然后进行彻底搅拌。
反应混合物：
可用于100次测试：使用前，将250μl重构催化剂与11.25ml染料溶液混合
可用于400次测试：使用前，将1ml重构催化剂加入45ml染料溶液并充分混合。
注意：如果您在“染料溶液”中观察到晶体，请在37°C下摇动瓶子至少1小时。剩余的沉淀物不会影响性能。
注意：产品冷冻期间会形成沉淀物。应避免反复冻融。
注意：用前现配。请勿储存反应混合物。
储存条件（工作溶液）：冻干粉可在2至8℃下保持稳定。
当储存在2至8°C时，重构的催化剂溶液、染料溶液、裂解溶液和终止溶液可保持稳定
