Biochem/physiol Actions

Preparation Note

储存条件(工作液):常规应用中的工作溶液和储存条件:

溶于0.5% NaHCO3溶液中。
不要冷冻。避光储存。
在2至8°C条件下储存时,稳定2-3天。

用含有0.2mM DTT的30mM甘氨酸缓冲液(pH9.0)溶解。
