General description
PCR缓冲液不含MgCl2，可与 MgCl2 储备液一起用于 PCR 反应，单独调整 Mg2+浓度。大多数应用中，1.5 mM MgCl2即可实现满意的结果，dNTP 浓度均为200μM。 不过，在许多情况下，需要通过滴定获得最佳Mg2+ 浓度，以提高 PCR 反应的特异性和产量。缓冲液为10 倍浓缩液，应与 MgCl2 2储备液一起使用。
