原理
通过体外转录产生具有确定长度的荧光素标记的单链RNA探针。在标准条件下，SP6、T7和T3 RNA聚合酶可在转录物的大约每20至25个核苷酸处掺入荧光素-12-UTP。荧光素RNA标记混合物专门设计用于RNA聚合酶SP6、T7和T3，并且都配有优化的转录缓冲液。
制备说明
10x浓缩NTP标记混合物：10mM ATP，10mM CTP，10mM GTP，6.5mM UTP，3.5mM荧光素-12-UTP，pH 7.5（+20℃）。
