一般描述
作为[51Cr]以及[3H]-胸苷释放检测的一种非放射性替代方法。
比色检测用于细胞死亡和细胞裂解的定量，基于对从受损细胞胞液释放至上清中的乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）进行测定。

应用
细胞毒性检测试剂（LDH）是一种基于96孔板形式对来自受损细胞释放的LDH活性进行快速而简单测量的方法，用于对细胞毒性/细胞裂解进行量化。因此，当对细胞质膜的损伤发生时，该试剂盒可用于许多不同体外细胞系统。例如：
- 细胞介导的细胞毒性检测和定量
- 调解因子介导的细胞裂解测定
- 测定化合物在环境和医学研究中细胞毒性潜能，应用于食品、化妆品及制药行业
- 测定生物反应器中的细胞死亡

1个试剂盒包含2种组分。
制备说明
工作溶液：瓶1催化剂：
用1 ml双蒸水将冻干酶重悬10分钟并充分混匀。
瓶2染料溶液：
即用型溶液。
反应混合物
用于100次检测：在使用前不久，将瓶1中的250 μl与瓶2中的11.25 ml的进行混合。
用于400次检测：在使用前不久，将全部体积的催化剂（1 ml）加入至全部体积的
染料溶液（45 ml）并充分混匀。
注意：反应混合物不应当进行储备；在立即使用前进行制备。
储备条件（工作溶液）：2至8°C
冻干酶可在2至8°C稳定
重悬的催化剂溶液可在2至8°C稳定储存四周
一旦解冻，染料溶液可在2至8°C稳定储存数周。
