加入 1 mL PBS 达到 1 mg/mL 的终浓度。每次使用前以 10,000 rpm 离心复溶抗体 5 分钟，并小心从表面吸取所需量。

制备：地高辛免疫后，通过离子交换色谱法纯化绵羊 IgG。通过免疫吸附分离特异性 IgG。木瓜蛋白酶消化后得到的 Fab 片段通过凝胶过滤纯化并冻干。
