原理

在酶联免疫测定中，DIG标记的核酸可与高度特异性的抗DIG-AP抗体结合物、显色底物NBT和BCIP杂交后进行检测。

制备说明

工作浓度：流式细胞术：2μg/ml（0.2μg/100μl/106细胞）; 免疫组化：6μg/ml
偶联物的工作浓度取决于应用类型和底物。
储存条件（工作溶液）：

抗-地高辛-AP缀合（瓶3）：在2至8°C下可稳定保存12个月
NBT/BCIP（瓶4）：2至8°C下稳定
注意：在干冰上运输试剂盒过程中，可能发生沉淀，可通过短暂升温至37℃使其溶解
封闭试剂（瓶5）可在4至8°C下干燥储存，可稳定36个月。
经高压灭菌的储备溶液可以在15至25°C（未开封）或4至8°C（开封后）储存数天至一周。也可分液储存，在-15至-25°C条件下储存长达6个月。
