该封闭试剂用于在非放射性滤膜杂交以及核酸杂交物的检测中降低背景。它也在免疫组化中用作封闭剂。
制备说明
工作浓度：抗体稀释1:5,000
工作溶液：如需制备10x封闭储备溶液，封闭试剂可溶于马来酸缓冲液中至10%（w/v）终浓度，并伴随晃动以及在加热模块或微波炉中加热。
储备条件（工作溶液）：封闭试剂的10x储备溶液经高温灭菌后2至8℃储存。或者，在分装后-15至-25℃储存。
