Biochem/physiol Actions
可切割与Gal、GlcNAc、GalNAc、AcNeu、GlcNeu、寡糖、糖脂或糖蛋白连接的α2,3-、α2,6-或α2,8-末端唾液酸残基。其切割的相对速率为α2,6 >α2,3 >α2,8,该结果在三糖和四糖中的化学键上进行测定。
General description
神经氨酸酶可水解通过α2,3-、α2,6-或α2,8-连接至寡糖、多糖、粘多糖、糖蛋白和糖脂的N-或O-酰基神经氨酸末端(水解率:α2,6 > α2,3 > α2,8)。需要注意的是,水解糖脂需要存在表面活性剂。由于具有广泛的底物特异性,该酶非常适合从各种生物材料的糖缀合物中完全去除唾液酸。
