General description
GDH(谷氨酸脱氢酶)是含有449个残基的六聚体,其位于线粒体中。它可充当氨基酸氧化和尿素生成之间的分支酶。L-谷氨酸:NAD(P)+氧化还原酶参与脱氨。
在+25°C下,以2-氧代戊二酸为底物、ADP为激活剂时,冻干物酶活性约为10 U/mg(120 U/mg酶蛋白)。
Other Notes
GIDH(310,000至350,000)的最小活性结构是一个55,400D的六聚体亚基。该六聚体能够可逆地自组装形成具有多达八个六聚体(2,200 kD)的聚合物。
