General description
The Mobius® Ultimus® Bin Assembly features a single-use design utilizing our advanced Ultimus® film, specifically engineered for demanding applications like large-volume liquid processing.
Available in Mobius® 3D assemblies ranging from 100L to 2000L, as well as in Mobius® MIX and iFlex Bioreactor assemblies, Ultimus® film supports healthy cell growth by excluding Irgafos 168.
It has undergone rigorous testing for extractables to ensure suitability for various processes. The film′s construction includes a gas barrier layer of Ethylene Vinyl Alcohol copolymer (EVOH) and a Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) outer layer that boosts leak resistance.
