General description
带Ultracel® 30,000 Dalton分子量截止过滤器的Amicon® Ultra-2 mL离心装置提供快速超滤和高倍浓缩能力，可轻松从稀释和复杂的样品基质中回收浓缩液。例如，1 mg/ml初始浓度的卵白蛋白（45 kDa）通常截留97%。
