General description
mPAGE®TurboMix分离溶液是一种20%丙烯酰胺缓冲液，用于制备Bis-Tris聚丙烯酰胺凝胶。其可采用去离子水稀释，制成任意百分比在8%和15%之间的凝胶。稀释后，加入APS和TEMED，然后倒入凝胶所需高度。
