General description
AC16人心肌细胞系是一种增殖细胞系,源自成人心室心脏组织的原代细胞与SV40转化的尿苷营养缺陷型人成纤维细胞融合,不含线粒体DNA。 在无尿苷培养基中筛选去除未融合的成纤维细胞后,将融合细胞进一步亚克隆,然后筛选是否存在SV40大T-ag,β-肌球蛋白重链(βMHC)和连接蛋白43(CX-43)。

Preparation Note
