应用
提供的材料：
每瓶包含300 μl ApopTag 末端转移酶（TdT）。
使用说明
制备标签混合物如下：
77 μl ApopTag 反应缓冲液（S7105或试剂盒组件#02）
33 μl ApopTag TdT酶
充分混合并置于冰上。 该试剂可预先制备，并在冰上储存不超过6小时。 反应缓冲液-TdT酶混合物可在完整ApopTag手册中的“应用工作强度TdT酶”步骤中使用。
警告和注意事项：
ApopTag 末端转移酶（TdT）含有二甲胂酸钾（二甲基胂酸）作为缓冲液。 如果吞食，该材料是有害的；避免接触皮肤和眼睛（戴上手套，眼镜）；立即清洗接触区域。
