一般描述
PYROMAT® 系统是一种即用型体外溶液，适用于以单核细胞激活试验（MAT）进行的热原检测。它基于Mono-Mac-6 细胞系和白细胞介素6 (IL-6) 读数指标（read out）。在接触受污染样品的热原时，人单核细胞产生白细胞介素6 （IL-6），后者可用酶联免疫吸附测定法（ELISA）检测。该试剂盒含有制备样品、培养单核细胞和ELISA 检测所需的试剂。
