一般描述

超滤膜一般由纤维素或聚醚砜(PES)组成。材料的选择将在很大程度上取决于样品的兼容性,而膜的类型将对性能产生重大影响。待保留的巨溶质的分子量(MW)决定了膜的标称截留分子量(NMWCO)。渗透技术利用超滤膜,无论是在离心或压力驱动设备,如Amicon®搅拌细胞,以有效的缓冲交换。超滤膜优于透析管,因为超滤膜可用于样品浓度和缓冲液交换。这最大限度地减少了样品转移,减少了样品损失。
