用您所选择的滤膜组装Amicon搅拌式过滤器。圆片型超滤膜有 Ultracel 再生纤维素和 Biomax 聚醚砜（PES）。这些滤膜有各种孔径 & 直径可供选择。
要对稀释溶液进行浓缩或脱盐，建议使用 Ultracel 再生纤维素膜Ultracel 滤膜的亲水性、致密微孔结构对蛋白质、DNA 或其他大分子具有最低吸附率，从而保证了最高的截留率。
要对数量更大、浓度更高的样品（例如血清、血浆或条件化的组织培养基）进行浓缩或脱盐，建议使用 Biomax PES 滤膜。
微滤 Durapore PVDF 切割圆片的孔径分别为 0.1 µm、0.22 µm 和 0.45 µm，直径分别为 63.5 mm 和 75 mm。
