制备说明
冷冻培养基可置于冰箱（2°C至8°C）中解冻过夜。解冻的培养基应轻轻旋转以混合培养基，并在使用前加热至37°C。另外，将冷冻的培养基置于37°C水浴中直至完全解冻。解冻时最好轻轻涡旋培养基以加速过程，并将培养基混匀。培养基完全解冻并加热至37°C后，请勿在37°C水浴中长时间放置。
一旦解冻，培养基的有效期为2周，使用之间必须在2°C至8°C下储存。不要重新冷冻培养基。储存超过2周的培养基可能无法发挥最佳作用。
备注1：
标签上的“最后解冻日期”表示冷冻培养基有效期内的最后一天。超过此日期冷冻储存的培养基可能无法发挥最佳作用。培养基最好在“最后解冻日期”之前使用，但是，一旦达到“最后解冻日期”，则应解冻，在2°C至8°C下储存，并在2周内使用。
备注2：
尽管解冻时这些培养基的pH值正确，但碳酸氢钠缓冲制剂的pH值会随着培养基暴露于空气而升高。pH值的升高会随着打开瓶子的频率而增加，并且当放置在用于胚胎培养的培养皿上的液滴暴露于空气中时，pH值的升高尤其迅速。因此，建议在将胚胎引入培养基中之前，将培养基液滴（置于轻质矿物油下）在37°C，5% CO2+95%空气气氛中的潮湿培养箱中预平衡6小时至过夜。
