一般描述
MILLIPLEX®小鼠垂体组套是一种7重试剂盒,用于同时定量小鼠血清、血浆和组织培养样品中的以下任何或所有分析物:ACTH、BDNF、FSH、GH、催乳素、TSH和LH。该试剂盒采用96孔板,包含冻干标准混合物、两个内部检测对照品,最多可测量38份样品,一式两份。

- 建议的样品类型:小鼠血清、血浆、细胞/组织培养物上清液或裂解物
- 建议的样品稀释度:每孔10 μL未稀释的血清或血浆;细胞/组织培养样品可能需要在适当的对照培养基中稀释。
- 分析运行时间:为了提高灵敏度,建议在2-8°C下过夜孵育(16-18小时)。或者,在室温(20-25°C)下孵育2小时。
