一般描述

  • 分析物:ACTH、BDNF、FSH、GH、LH、催乳素、TSH
  • 建议的样品类型:小鼠血清、血浆、细胞/组织培养物上清液或裂解物
  • 建议的样品稀释度:每孔10 μL未稀释的血清或血浆;细胞/组织培养样品可能需要在适当的对照培养基中稀释。
  • 分析运行时间:为了提高灵敏度,建议在2-8°C下过夜孵育(16-18小时)。或者,在室温(20-25°C)下孵育2小时。
