一般描述

  • 建议的样品稀释度：每孔10 μL未稀释的血清或血浆；细胞/组织培养样品可能需要在适当的对照培养基中稀释。
  • 分析运行时间：为了提高灵敏度，建议在2-8°C下过夜孵育（16-18小时）。或者，在室温（20-25°C）下孵育2小时。
