General description
接触蛋白相关蛋白1(Caspr)是一种单次跨膜I 型膜蛋白,属于轴突蛋白家族,包含一个F5/8 C型结构域、一个纤维蛋白原C末端结构域、两个EGF样结构域和四个层粘连蛋白样结构域。Caspr 与接触蛋白的相互作用已得到充分证明,这种相互作用对于Caspr 向质膜的运输、神经胶质细胞的髓鞘形成以及轴突-神经胶质连接的生成至关重要。研究也提示,Caspr可能在接触蛋白的细胞表面表达,及其对不同轴突结构域的靶向中起调节作用。Caspr的表达大多见于脑,主要见于副结轴突神经胶质连接(paranodal axoglial junction)中的CNS有髓神经纤维(myelinated nerve fiber)。
