General description
Aldh1L1,也称为10-甲酰基四氢叶酸脱氢酶(10-FTHFDH),是一种多结构域蛋白,存在于肝细胞溶胶中,也可作为CNS星形胶质细胞标志物。Aldh1L1由两个功能不相关的结构域组成,一个醛脱氢酶同源结构域和一个叶酸结合水解酶结构域。认为这两个结构域通过100个残基的接头连接。已知在Ser6诱导p53磷酸化,这是刺激细胞凋亡的关键步骤。
