General description
类视黄醇相关的孤儿受体-γ t(RORγT)是属于核激素受体家族的两种RORγ亚型之一,并包含单个核受体DNA结合结构域。RORγT是TNFDF6/FasL表达和IL2的T细胞产生的负调节剂。RORγT的上调是TH17细胞分化的要求。TGF-β’s与Foxp3的相互作用诱导了RORγT的抑制。主要在未成熟的胸腺细胞中观察到表达,并且在胎儿发育过程中,仅在淋巴诱导(LTi)细胞中发现表达。
观测分子量〜55 kDa。在一些细胞裂解物中可观察到~55 kDa和~58 kDa的两种亚型。
