General description
MHC II类相关不变量链（I-A/I-E），也称Ia抗原相关不变量链，是含有单个甲状腺球蛋白I型结构域的单通道II型膜糖蛋白。它们是MHC II类抗原处理过程中的关键组成部分，在α / β异二聚体合成后形成稳定复合物，并协调复合物从发生II类肽装载的ER区转移。
观测值〜32 kDa。
选择性剪接产生2种亚型：32 kDa（长亚型）和 24 kDa（短亚型）。
