Anti-MCPyV T-antigen Antibody, clone 2t2

A linear peptide corresponding to 17 amino acids from the J-domain region present in both MCV LT and sT proteins.

Clone 2t2 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that detects MCV LT and the 57 kDa T.

Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A representative lot detected MCPyV T-antigen in Immunohistochemistry applications (Toptan, T., et. al. (2016). JCI Insight. 1(2)).

Western Blotting Analysis: A representative lot detected MCPyV T-antigen in Western Blotting applications (Wang, X., et. al. (2012). PLoS Pathog. 8(11); Shuda, M., et. al. (2014). J Invest Dermatol. 134(5):1479-1481; Toptan, T., et. al. (2016). JCI Insight. 1(2)).

Evaluated by Western Blotting in MKL-1 cell lysates.

Western Blotting Analysis: A 1:500 dilution of this antibody detected MCPyV T-antigen in MKL-1 cell lysates.

~17 and 48 kDa observed; 28.16 kDa calculated. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysate(s).

Purified mouse monoclonal antibody IgG1 in buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 150 mM NaCl with 0.05% sodium azide.

Stable for 1 year at 2-8°C from date of receipt.
