Anti-Ikaros Antibody, clone 4E9

Ikaros, also known as IKZF1, is a transcription factor that is important for the regulation of lymphopoiesis and also the development of the immune system. It has also been linked to adult and fetal erythroid differentiation in humans. Ikaros has been shown to induce local chromatin accessibility during CD4+ T cell differentiation and therefore, activating Th2 expression.

This Anti-Ikaros Antibody, clone 4E9 is validated for use in Western Blotting and Flow Cytometry and Chromatin Immunoprecipitation (ChIP) and ChIP-seq for the detection of Ikaros.

Evaluated by Western Blotting in a Jurkat cell lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: A 1 µg/mL dilution of this antibody detected Ikaros in a Jurkat cell lysate.

~60 kDa observed. Uncharacterized bands may be observed in some lysates.
