甲基胞嘧啶双加氧酶TET2催化甲基胞嘧啶(5mC)向5-羟甲基胞嘧啶(5hmC)的转化。目前尚不清楚5-羟甲基胞嘧啶的功能,但它可能影响染色质结构,或充当胞嘧啶去甲基化的中间成分。TET2经常在骨髓增生性疾病(MPD)或骨髓增生性肿瘤(MPN)和全身性肥大细胞增多症中发生突变。TET2疾病还会引起真性红细胞增多症(PV)和骨髓增生异常综合症(MDS)。

应用

免疫沉淀分析:5 µg的代表性批次在250 µg HL60 RIPA细胞裂解物中免疫沉淀TET2。

质量

通过蛋白质印迹法在MOLT-4细胞裂解物中进行评价。
