General description
CD73，也称Ecto-5′-核苷酸酶，催化嘌呤 5′ 单核苷酸转化为核苷， 优选底物为AMP。该酶包含2个相同70-kD亚基组成的二聚体，该亚基由一个糖基磷脂酰肌糖键连接质膜的外表面。该酶可用作淋巴细胞分化的标志物，在B细胞和T细胞的亚群中表达。CD73也是未分化间充质干细胞的标志物，常用于鉴定干细胞群。
