General description
RSV是一种不稳定的副粘病毒,在组织培养中产生人类细胞的特征性融合-合胞体效应。已经鉴定出两种亚型A和B。亚型B的特征是该病毒的无症状株。更严重的临床疾病涉及亚型A株。
