特异性

免疫原

用来自8-10日龄C57BL/6J小鼠小脑的糖蛋白级分免疫大鼠。

应用

蛋白质印迹法:
20 μg/mL用于先前批次。

免疫细胞化学:
5-10 μg/mL用于先前批次。 细胞必须在对数中期用甲醇在-20°C固定10分钟。

免疫组织化学:克隆324对固定敏感。建议使用新鲜冷冻、丙酮或-20C甲醇固定的组织。传统的4% PFA通常效果不佳。其他固定剂未经检测。

最佳工作稀释度必须由最终使用者进行确定。
该抗神经细胞粘附分子L1抗体(克隆324)经验证可用于IC、IH、WB检测神经细胞粘附分子L1。
