应用

使用经验证可用于FC、IC、IF、FUNC & WB的抗BCRP1抗体（克隆5D3）检测BCRP1。
免疫细胞化学：
细胞培养物在室温下用4% PFA固定5-15分钟。 用含0.3% Triton X-100的PBS中的10% NGS、0.1% BSA封闭（Ginis et al.，2004）。

流式细胞术:
使用先前批次的1:100-1:1000稀释液。

抑制试验:
一个先前的批次被用于抑制ABCG2（Watanabe, K. et al., (2004.FEBS Letters 565:6-10）。也参见Sarkadi，B.，et al.，2004 FEBS 567:116-120。 Sarkadi报告5D3的检测和抑制强烈依赖于ABCG2的实际构象。
用含0.3% triton X-100的PBS中的10% NGS、0.1% BSA封闭（Ginis，2004）。

最佳工作稀释度必须由最终使用者进行确定。
