Anti-Interferon-α Antibody, clone ST126 detects level of Interferon-α & has been published & validated for use in NEUT.
Neutralizes anti-viral activity of interferon.

Dilute with buffer pH 7.5 - 8.0 to desired working volumes. Final working dilutions must be determined by end user. For extensive dilution use protein-containing or other stabilizing medium.
