General description
生长抑素(也称为生长激素抑制激素(GHIH)或生长激素释放抑制因子(SRIF)具有两种活性形式,分别是14个氨基酸和28个氨基酸,它们是通过单个前原蛋白的交替裂解产生的。 生长抑素广泛表达,通过与高亲和力G蛋白偶联的生长抑素受体结合来抑制几种次级激素的释放。 生长抑素的存在已显示在交感神经、粘膜细胞、胃肠道的肌间神经、唾液腺和甲状腺的一些滤泡旁细胞中。
Immunogen
对应于使用碳化二亚胺与牛甲状腺球蛋白偶联的环状生长抑素的氨基酸1-14的合成肽。
