Biochem/physiol Actions

Go-α。 与牛(100%)、人(70%)、大鼠(61%)和小鼠(54%)具有强反应性。 与豚鼠轻微反应(27%)。 与牛G-α-t,大鼠Go-α,大鼠Gi-α-1,Gi-α-2,大鼠Gi-α-3,牛Gs-α和鼠Go-α-A和Go-α-B相比,通过蛋白质印迹证实了特异性。比较了在细菌裂解物中表达的Go-α(Go-α-A和Go-α-B)的羧基末端剪接变体的反应性,发现它们是相等的。由于Go-α-A和Go-α-B与大鼠Go-α-1和人Go-α-2具有>95%的同源性,因此MAB3073也将检测这些G蛋白。
