内啡肽是一种内皮唾液分泌蛋白，属于一类糖蛋白，特征是高水平的o -糖解离和丰富的唾液酸。它可以抑制黏附聚集并阻碍细胞外基质和细胞的相互作用。在肾、心、脑、肝、肺、脾和胸腺中表达最多。内啡肽只存在于内皮细胞中。
