特异性
产生针对小鼠整联蛋白VLA-5（α5β1）（一种纤维连接蛋白受体）的抗体MAB2514。 该抗体是通过将用小鼠胚胎癌P19细胞免疫的Fisher大鼠的脾细胞与骨髓瘤P3X63Ag9.653细胞融合而制备的。该抗体的特异性通过其从（125）-I表面标记的细胞中免疫沉淀α5β1异二聚体的能力，用a5整联蛋白亚基胞质结构域的抗血清从细胞裂解物中相互消耗VLA-5抗原，以及从已知表达该整联蛋白的细胞中免疫沉淀VLA-5整联蛋白来验证。 测试表达α5β1的细胞系包括：P19细胞、小鼠黑色素瘤B16F1细胞、小鼠鳞状细胞癌SCC细胞和胸腺细胞。 通常在非还原条件下使用6%凝胶通过SDS-PAGE分析免疫沉淀的表征。

应用
对纤维连接蛋白细胞粘附的抑制： 10 μg/mL
