单克隆抗体MAB2076Z，通过以重组分泌性人αvβ6对β6敲除小鼠进行免疫而生成，可用于测试的所有物种（包括小鼠）的流式细胞术和免疫沉淀。它也对许多物种（包括大鼠、兔、猴和人）的丙酮固定组织的免疫组化法很有效。 该抗体在小鼠组织的免疫组化中效果不佳。该抗体不识别aV亚基，也不与αvβ6以外的αV整合素发生反应。 由于该抗体对于蛋白质印迹无效，我们不知道该抗体识别的表位是位于αvβ6异源二聚体上还是仅位于β6亚基上。
