细胞附着抑制:抑制 SCC9 细胞在人

层粘连蛋白和层粘连蛋白 GD-2 肽上的粘附,但是不抑制 EHS层粘连蛋白、IV型胶原蛋白或纤连蛋白上的粘附。不抑制在层粘连蛋白、纤连蛋白或IV型胶原蛋白上SKOV-3细胞的粘附。

免疫组化:在丙酮固定的冷冻人上皮组织,包括舌头、包皮和卵巢。不用于福尔马林固定的组织。

流式细胞术:可以对人鳞状细胞癌(SCC9)、卵巢癌(SKOV-3)和脐静脉内皮(HUVEC)细胞进行染色。可以对为表达CD104而转染的RKO或K562 细胞进行染色。不能使单核细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、T细胞、B细胞或血小板染色。

免疫沉淀:可以沉淀表面生物素化SCC9细胞的66、76, 120、 135 和 200kDa (还原型)或 66、 110、 125、 130 和 190kDa(非还原型)的PAGE条带。

工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。
