蛋白质印迹：1：1000-1：4000采用ECL检测法。裂解物样品的软骨素酶ABC治疗有帮助。
在任何碱缓冲液中，例如Tris或乙酸盐（50mM或100mM）pH值7.4-7.6。 通过在100 µL中稀释一瓶Sigma软骨素酶A、B、C（5单位/瓶）制备贮备液。 使用时，将贮备液稀释10倍至所选缓冲液中。 以每5单位酶含蛋白聚糖50~100mg的比例使用。 在固定细胞上，用三羟甲基氨基甲烷稀醋酸盐释，在非固定细胞上，用DMEM稀释10-25倍。
