免疫组化：2 μg/mL，多聚甲醛固定。
免疫组化： 用丙酮固定1小时的胎盘组织的冷冻切片（7 µm）。抗体以1：10的稀释度进行使用（Sato et al.，2003）。
免疫细胞化学：通过0.5％PFA对分离的EVT细胞在4°C固定15分钟，然后在-20°C在丙酮中固定2分钟。 抗体以1：10的稀释度进行使用（Sato et al.，2003）。
免疫印迹：2 μg/mL
免疫沉淀：1 μg/mL
FACS分析：2μg/mL (Sato et al., 2005)。
ELISA：0.5 μg/mL

Biochem/physiol Actions
与人α-1整联蛋白（CD49a）1的I 结构域（Val151 - Ala364）反应。从人淋巴细胞裂解液中沉淀相对分子质量180 kDa、pI 5.9-6.0（α链）的蛋白和相对分子质量115 kDa, pI 4.5-5.0（β链）的蛋白（Zocchi et al., 1991）。
