  • 推荐的样品类型:人血清、血浆和细胞/组织培养上清液或裂解液
  • 推荐的样品稀释液:每孔25μ L未稀释的血清或血浆;细胞/组织培养样品可以未经稀释使用,也可以用适当的对照培养基稀释使用。注意:以下分析物需要向血清或血浆样品中添加蛋白酶抑制剂(详见方案中的样品采集和储存部分):GLP-1(DPPIV抑制剂);胰淀素(蛋白酶抑制剂混合物);胰高血糖素(抑肽酶);胃饥饿素(活性)(丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂)
