一般描述

免疫球蛋白E (IgE)仅见于哺乳动物中，在过敏反应中起重要作用，主要与1型超敏反应有关。IgE是正常人中含量最少的免疫球蛋白同型，仅占血清IgG浓度的0.05%。它能够引发强烈的免疫反应，在特应性患者血清中检测到的水平高达典型水平的10倍，尽管仅在大约50%的过敏性疾病患者中出现水平升高。IgE与主要存在于肥大细胞和嗜碱性细胞上的FcεRI结合，使细胞能够识别特定的抗原，如尘螨、宠物皮屑或花粉。一旦启动并反复暴露于相同的抗原，这些细胞就会释放出组胺、前列腺素和白三烯等分子，导致“过敏反应”。

虽然这种免疫反应的机制已经为人熟知，但需要继续研究以了解不同程度的过敏反应，从轻度鼻炎到过敏反应。因此，MILLIPLEX® 人IgE磁珠单重试剂盒能够在50 μL 1:50稀释人血清或血浆中测量IgE水平，节省时间和宝贵的样品。
