Hi-Flow™Plus membranes are designed and optimised for use in rapid diagnostic lateral flow tests that require superior consistency and performance. Lateral flow tests faciliate quick and convenient detection / quantification of analytes such as antibodies and antigens present in biological samples, including blood, saliva, and urine. Hi-Flow™ Plus membranes are ideally suited for such applications. Available in a variety of capillary flow times and backing options, choosing Hi-Flow™ Plus membranes can improve assay performance and offer flexibility to meet a wide range of assay design requirements. Hi-Flow™ Plus 135 (HF135) is suitable for tests where a balance between speed and sensitivity is desired. This Hi-Flow™ Plus 135 sample pack contains 5 preassembled membrane cards composed of Hi-Flow™ Plus 135 membrane on a plastic card support.

- Hi-Flow™ Plus membranes are suitable for use with all lateral flow test techniques including competitive, sandwich, and multiplex detection assays.
- They are optimised for use in both qualitative and quantitative test types and pair well with lateral flow detector particles including colloidal gold nanoparticles, dyed/ fluorescent microspheres etc.
- Hi-Flow™ Plus membranes are suitable for use in lateral flow tests designed to detect analytes present in a broad range of samples matrices including, blood, saliva, urine, nasopharyngeal swabs, sweat and others.
