The Human Inflammation / Immunology Bead-Based Multiplex Cytokine/Chemokine Bulk Packaging Premix Assay kit IV, using the Luminex^® xMAP technology, enables the simultaneous analysis of 20 cytokine and chemokine biomarkers in human serum, plasma and cell culture samples.This is an overnight or two-hour incubation assay; however, for best results an overnight incubation is recommended.A maximum of 25 μL per well of 1:4 diluted serum or plasma can be used. Tissue culture supernatant may require a dilution with an appropriate control medium prior to assay. Cross-reactivity between the antibodies and any of the other analytes in this panel is non-detectable or negligible.
