转化生长因子-β2（TGF-β2）是同源，二硫键连接的同型二聚体蛋白超家族的成员，可调节正常细胞和转化细胞的增殖和分化。人TGF-β2是一种每个亚基含有112个氨基酸残基的25.0 kDa的蛋白。
生化/生理作用
测定其抑制小鼠IL-4依赖性HT-2细胞增殖的能力，测得ED（50）为≤0.2 ng/ml

从枸橼酸钠（pH 3.5）中冻干。
储存及稳定性
冻干粉末在室温下可稳定保存数周，但最好在-20°C下保存。 用水复溶至浓度为50 μg/mL（例如，5 μg/100 μl），将得到1 mM枸橼酸盐缓冲液（pH 3.5）的溶液。该溶液可在室温或2-8ºC下储存1个月。建议进一步稀释成含2 mg/mL白蛋白的PBS，在-20ºC下保存。复溶的人TGF-β2应以未稀释的等分试样在-20°C下储存至少2个月。 应避免反复冻/融循环。
