General description

在QCM ECMatrix细胞侵袭检测中,侵袭细胞到达小室底膜,用细胞解离缓冲液处理膜可获取细胞。接着用专利所有的CyQuant GR染料裂解和检测细胞。该染料为绿色荧光染料,可与细胞核酸良好结合,发出强烈的荧光。该检测试剂盒提供了一种通过基底膜模型评估癌细胞侵袭的有效系统。
