一般描述

MILLIPLEX®人载脂蛋白检测板是一种6重试剂盒,用于同时定量血清、血浆、组织培养上清液或其他生物样品中以下分析物的任何或全部:APOA-1,APOA-2,APOB,APOC-2,APOC-3和APOE。该试剂盒采用96孔格式,包含冻干标准混合物、两个内部检测质控品,可最多可测定38份样品,重复两次。

Luminex® xMAP®平台使用磁珠免疫分析格式,以实现理想的速度和灵敏度,同时定量多种分析物,从而显著提高生产力,同时节省宝贵的样品量。

交叉反应性
为了测试检测板中的测定方法之间的交叉反应性,以比校准曲线中最高浓度高4倍的浓度制备单个载脂蛋白标准品,并在6重分析中使用含有固定化捕获抗体和单个检测抗体的多重微珠进行测试。检测板内的交叉反应性可忽略不计。
