General description
FAM21C,也称WASH复合物亚基FAM21C,是500 kDa 核心复合物的一部分,该复合物使Wiskott-Aldrich综合征蛋白(WASH)能够发挥功能。FAM21C 存在于早期内吞体膜中。FAM21C与CAPZ协作,阻止其肌动蛋白加帽活性,连接WASH和内吞体,并且是逆运复合体介导的WASH依赖性分选所必需的。
