该兔多克隆抗体靶向人Homer1亚型1b和小鼠亚型Vesl-1L N端一半内的内部序列。免疫原序列出现在人亚型1h和小鼠亚型1b,1d,Vesl-1M和Vesl-1S的C末端附近,但在人亚型1e中不存在。在大鼠亚型1c(Vesl-1L)的N末端一半和大鼠亚型1a(Vesl)和1b的C末端附近也发现了高度同源的序列(〜83%)。
