一般描述

PROX1(Prospero同源盒蛋白1)是果蝇Prospero的同源物,是一种含有同源盒的转录因子,可结合并充当肝受体同源物1(LRH1/NR5A2)的共受体。它是淋巴内皮细胞以及成肝细胞和肝细胞的特异性标志物。人Prox1与小鼠和大鼠Prox1具有97%的氨基酸序列一致性。
